Seven Sisters Apostolate
Seven Sisters is a call to strengthen the Church by ensuring that a Holy Hour is prayed each day of the week for the sole intention of a specific priest or bishop –a “holy wasting” (cf.Mt.26:10) or lavishing of prayer for his deeper conformity to Christ.
It is hoped that our prayers may find the heart of every priest and bishop.

Seven Sisters comprises women praying for the priest. There is no process for acceptance but the willingness to commit to one year of a Holy Hour each week is required.
There are other groups forming nationally like the Fasting Brothers, a group of men individually fasting to support the Seven Sisters group.
There are no formal meetings for this ministry to date. The ministry’s purpose remains spiritual and individual.
Please call the Parish Office at (717) 665-2465 for assistance. The secretary will then send the name and address/phone for the inquirer to the Anchoress.
